How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. The delivery cost is already included in the product price.
When should my order arrive?
Allow 2 to 4 working days for preparation and dispatch, followed by an estimated 3 to 5 working days in transit. The total estimate is approximately 5 to 9 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
International delivery is not currently offered.
How do I know whether my size is available?
Choose a product to see every size. Unavailable sizes are marked as sold out and cannot be selected.
How do I pay?
Payment is completed through the secure Shopify checkout. The card and express-payment options available to you are shown at checkout. We do not take payment through WhatsApp.
Can I return an item?
For an ordinary online clothing purchase, tell us within 14 days of receiving the order if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return it. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Vieille Fortune covers reasonable return postage for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items. Read the full returns and refunds policy.
