We take reasonable care to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly between screens. Availability is shown by size and may change before checkout is completed.
Vieille Fortune is an independent multi-brand retailer. Brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Vieille Fortune is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brand owners.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay, including UK standard delivery. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at Shopify checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgement after checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, the payment cannot be authorised, the price is clearly incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery information is shown in our shipping policy. We aim to deliver within the stated estimate and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur.
For most online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us, return the goods within the following 14 days. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. We cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please keep it clean, unworn beyond trying it on indoors, undamaged and with labels attached. We may reduce a refund where handling has reduced the item's value, where the law allows. See our Return and Refund Policy for the process. Nothing in these terms limits your rights when goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring claims in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
