For ordinary online clothing purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return it. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. You pay the return postage for a change of mind.
Email galipbulut@icloud.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Include your order number in the parcel and keep proof of postage. Contacting us helps us identify your return and does not restrict your cancellation rights.

We refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge when you cancel the whole order. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
Contact us if an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. We cover reasonable return postage for these items and will explain how to return them. Your statutory rights apply, including on sale items.
